Aihong Yu is the Deputy GD, Chief Privacy Officer of CDK Global (a spin-off company from ADP), the largest SaaS provider of automotive retail technologies and systems in North America. She leads the company’s privacy, AI, and data governance and is deeply involved in the incident response operations. Prior to her privacy and cybersecurity career for the past 10 years, Aihong was a corporate lawyer for nearly two decades specializing in M&A, PE, and VC investments, international and corporate governance. She has been a frequent speaker on topics relating to privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance. Aihong is a law graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and Peking University and has practiced law in both the US and China.
